I just encountered one of the worst levels of Customer Service that I have had in a long time. I returned a small box of Lens Cleaning Wipes that were all dried up (no moistening/cleaning fluid in them at all). They were only fairly cheap and my issue is not about the value but the way in which this was dealt with. 3 seperate Pharmacy staff spoke to me but none of them had the "authority" to do anything about it and that I would have to speak to the Pharmacist. Had my flu vaccine done today. Asked for covid too and pharmacist Ray did this on the spot for free. I was super happy with the service from start to finish.
