Massive chemist, nice and clean. Only negative was the staff who "helped" me. I asked for Naproxen and she told me it was prescription only. I realised I was standing right in front of it. Shame she didn't realise, it is one of the strongest pain relief medications you can purchase without a script. Lack of knowledge.
Stuff for rude and unprofessional
The staff at Terry White chemist are truly amazing. Each staff member I interacted with was respectful, helpful, knowledgeable and had a smile on their face. The pharmacist, Brodie, has extensive knowledge. He explained the medications my son was prescribed with clarity and put my anxious, first time Mum, mind at ease. I will be returning for all my future pharmacy needs. Thank you!
