I've had to use this pharmacy several times, both personally and professionally, as a nurse. It is by far the best pharmacy service and chemist around. Shane (pharmacist) and the team are effective, efficient, and diligent. They are able to provide really great and personal advice while processing the logistics in a no fuss type way.
Fantastic staff go above and beyond to help with out needs because of our pharmacy at nubeena being closed on a weekend can't rate them high enough they have got us out of a jam so many times
My elderly Mum won’t go to any other pharmacy and having shopped here on her behalf for the last few years, I now know why. What a rarety to receive such friendly, efficient and welcoming service from every member of staff I’ve encountered, no matter how busy they are. From checking with the Dr re a script, taking the time to look up other healthcare equipment providers for me, and asking after Mum’s health, they are a genuinely caring team. I cannot recommend TerryWhite Chemart Lindisfarne more highly by virtue of expert professional advice on all pharmarcy and many health issues. And their provision of vaccinations for a variety of illnesses include influenza and covid is second to none. The staff along with the pharmacists are all super friendly and efficient ensuring all needs are met.
