Anu is an absolute Gem. I made a phone enquiry and Anu was so informative on the phone and went above and beyond in helping me on the phone. ANU is a great ambassador to Terry White Lake haven. Just sensational. Awesome Customer Service
Went here yesterday to get some new dummies for my daughter. They had a sale price on them for $10.99 but it scanned at full price. I told the girl on the register, who went and checked. She came back and told me it was an old promo and they'd missed the ticket when they'd taken them down, then stood there looking at me expecting me to pay full price. Went to Terry white for a blood pressure check, they told me it would cost me $5.00 and would have to wait 5 minutes. After waiting for 10 minutes and still no service, ( they were not too busy at the time ) so I left and went to Priceline who were very freindly and had my blood pressure checked at no cost. I won't be going back to Terry White.
