Staff are very friendly and helpful. I do wish they could open earlier on the weekend
Unfortunately, I need to leave a negative review due to the unprofessional behaviour I experienced today (30/12/2025). I finish work at 5:45 pm and the pharmacy closes at 6:00 pm. As soon as I finished my shift, I rushed straight to the pharmacy to collect a medical prescription, arriving at 5:57 pm, therefore before closing time. Hi I just wanna let u know that the costumer service is very bed and the Asian pharmacy the girl was very rude and not professional at all I had the worst experience in my life in this pharmacy today
The customer service is really really poor. Very disappointed with the service at Terry White in Kurralta Park. We went four days in a row for a flu vaccine and each time were asked to come back with a different excuse like too late in the day, no vaccines on weekends, computer issues, or the nurse on break with no clear return time. Extremely frustrating and poorly managed.
