One of the worst Terrywhite Chemmart in South Australia. Staff working here so rude, I had company voucher for flu vaccination, I asked them about availability one staff said cone in 20 min later and i agreed and again they call me and said book online i stuck with system to book but they did not help me and just ignore me helping others without saying that wait for time being i will help other costumer. Unfortunately, I need to leave a negative review due to the unprofessional behaviour I experienced today (30/12/2025). I finish work at 5:45 pm and the pharmacy closes at 6:00 pm. As soon as I finished my shift, I rushed straight to the pharmacy to collect a medical prescription, arriving at 5:57 pm, therefore before closing time. The medication was already prepared, as I was kind enough to call them to accelerate the process. I paid immediately, and the whole process took a few seconds.
