WARNING TO MOTHERS: The short blonde lady I think is called Lee should not be in customer service. She is a very rude person and was awful to me. Even my 6 year old daughter noticed and could feel her bad mood. My daughter started crying in the car because this lady made her feel scared by the way she treated us. Never will I go here again.
I came past yesterday and was simply walking by the entrance at 9am however I was (not) greeted by a very volatile worker again, Leigh/ Lee (shorter blonde lady on W-Sun), who I previously called out for her despicable, overly ‘stressed-out’ and highly offensive attitude towards customers especially during their own renovations.
