Poor customer service and unnecessary barriers. Recently moved to the area, Went in to set up a monthly Webster pack and was flat-out refused unless i provided a separate medication list from the doctor — something I’ve never been asked for at any other pharmacy. All required information was clearly written on the prescription, which raises serious questions about their ability or willingness to read and use the information already provided. I would have to say the large quite short girl with dark hair behind the prescription counter is one of the rudest people I have met. I think her name was Makayla. No customer wants to be treated the way she treats customers .i was enquiring about a prescription, which I didn’t quite understand. She spoke to me so rudely and basically walked off.
