Since Mr Kapadia took over this chemist 3 months ago, just like the previous customers review, I’ve had nothing but problems the last 2 months. Today my support worker tried to pick up my medication that I’ve been trying to get dispensed for 2 months!!!! They charged us for an extra bottle and then blamed the new staff member even though it wasn’t her fault. Staff is friendly
The service used to be great but over the last couple of months its gone down hill. It's very disturbing when a customer is cussed at by one of the senior employees. I have been going to this pharmacy for over 8 years now I will not be going back. Real shame
Fantastic fast and friendly service. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and provide excellent support and advice.
