Very disappointed to race down to the village today only to find the door locked at 12:50. Please have accurate opening times on the web site. I merely wanted to drop in a prescription that requires ordering in, so I could collect it next week. Had I thought the advertised “open to 1pm “ was actually 12:50pm I would not have gone to the shop. This has not happened to me for the last 4 years, very sad that it seems customers are a bit of an inconvenience now.
Walked in for some advice today and the Pharmacist Ereny was just fabulous. Very helpful and a wealth of knowledge. The rest of the staff were also friendly. Not my regular pharmacy but I will definitely be coming back.
