I went with my little one with pram staffs never talk to me I went to the reception and asked the product that I want , that was Clicnic product and staffs mentioned me they were runout with that product Not approachable staff !!
Helpful staff with a smile. I appreciated their advice. Once you find a good pharmacy, it’s a big help. Navigating the health system is challenging. A good support!
The male pharmacist is so rude. I was the only one at the counter to be served and he completely ignored me. He served the person before me. Then looked at me and walked away. He was so rude that one of the other staff members actually apologised for his behaviour.
Don’t go here for vaccine. We had an appointment and arrived early. We weren’t given any information that we should expect a delay or how long we would need to wait. After half an hour after our scheduled appointment time we had to leave as we had a meeting to attend. The professional administering the vaccines remained aloof and refused to communicate with me. Waste of time. Zero customer service.
