The service is upsetting. First they swapped my script with another customer, have to get a new one from my gp. When i bought my prescription, the older lady at the counter provided service to every other customer. When I went to check on my script, she asked me to wait which is fine. I noticed customers that just came in getting their script even though I was there first. The young lady noticed me waiting and helped. My medicine has been there all along. I find the ladies here every time I come in so friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Laura, she is so lovely, kind, helpful and nothing is very too much to ask. She is such an asset to TW team. Great customer service skills, just slow with getting prescriptions. They were great with helping me with either choosing the right cough syrup, the right type of product with problem skin, or any other questions. There's nothing bad about this place besides timing.
