Slow service unfortunately and no urgency to address customers who need help. I placed a click and collect online, went to collect it & was asked if I had paid, I said yes, it’s click and collect? Once I got home opened it to find it wasn’t what I ordered. Had to go back and change it, waited 15mins standing there while a girl was behind the counter & eventually she gave me the items and told me there was a $14 difference. Absolutely no idea how click and collect or customer service works.
Completely useless! 30 minute wait only for them to discover they don't have the medication! Meanwhile another woman came in complaining she was charged 3 times for the 1 item!
The service is upsetting. First they swapped my script with another customer, have to get a new one from my gp. When i bought my prescription, the older lady at the counter provided service to every other customer. When I went to check on my script, she asked me to wait which is fine. I noticed customers that just came in getting their script even though I was there first. The young lady noticed me waiting and helped. My medicine has been there all along. I find the ladies here every time I come in so friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Laura, she is so lovely, kind, helpful and nothing is very too much to ask. She is such an asset to TW team. I always come back because I know the service will be amazing and the rewards system is fabulous. Thank you again Laura and the team! Gabby Burge
