Very bad customer service. I was there 10mins before 6pm, grabbed what I needed 5 mins before 6pm then I was asked if I could pay with card because she just locked the till???? (I couldn't use my card today because I left it at home.) Anyway, the girl unlocked the till with frustration after I said I could not pay with card. She said it's passed 6pm but it wasn't pass 6 at the time when I stood in front of her! I did not squeeze myself into the shop, why not shut the shop 5 mins before 6pm if the till is shut before 6pm? Deb was quick to help me out with a script that had reached the safety net threshold. Even though the pharmacy was busy, pharmacist + Deb, went out of their way to assist and process the script. 🙏
All of the staff at this pharmacy are fantastic. My baby has wind pain and had a prescription formula that 8 chemists couldn’t get due to a shortage and Marcus phoned the supplier to get answers and let me know. Another staff member showed me tips and tricks on the app and the staff at the front counter always let me know when I have reward money to use on my orders to save money. Always a very positive experience here!
