On September 21 around 1:30pm, I went to buy tampons with an applicator. I asked a young male staff member to confirm, and he told me they had an applicator, so I purchased them. However, when I opened the box, I found out they were actually without an applicator. When I went back to the store, the young staff member was not there, and only a man in his 40s–50s was working.
