Was advised they didn’t have my prescription and that I’d be offered a substitute - I accepted and told them to dispense it and to hold it for me and that I’d pay any difference. Not only did they not dispense the medication which I ordered before the prescription expired, they failed to tell me that they wouldn’t dispense until after the prescription had already expired and that they couldn’t dispense after this date - terrible communication. Definitely my preferred pharmacy. Spacious store layout and helpful staff. Don’t have to walk down aisles sideways to get past people, like other so called discount pharmacies.
Id rather walk over hot coals than deal with this Pharmacy. Apart from my script taking 9 days to dispense, ( which I still have not received) I rang up to see why it was taking so long. I was put on hold for 27 minutes only to be hung up on. Never again. ZERO STARS
Usually I’m impressed with this pharmacy, however today I was met with a woman who quoted $5 PER PAGE for certified copies. This used to be a free community service. Not anymore. I went up to Australia Post instead and was charged $4.95 for all three copies. Will be rethinking doing my scripts here as well now.
