The owner is an incredibly rude person. Turned around and told me that the doctor I'm seeing shouldn't be a doctor. No conversation with me, no offering to help, no alternative, no nothing. No care in the world for actually helping people.

Dropped in here for a vaccine. Staff were super helpful, quick, and friendly, despite it being busy. Will be back.

I've been twice in the last 4ish months. I spoke to 2 different people and the service was incredible from both. I'm new to paying attention to skin care and both of the women I spoke too took their time in helping me identify what products may be right for me, had a plethora of knowledge behind all advice, as well as happily giving their honest opinion from personal experience when I asked. I had my flu vaccine recently at TerryWhite Chemmart Happy Valley and was really impressed with the service. The staff Nikki, who administered the vaccine, was incredibly gentle and professional. She made the experience quick and comfortable, and her friendly manner really put me at ease. Thank you, for your excellent care—highly recommend!
