I have been a customer at TWC Halls Head for around 3 months. It’s a very busy pharmacy, however each and every time I have been in, the pharmacy assistants do everything they can to assist you and answer questions. In particular, I give my highest praise to Kerry. She has always been wonderful, though today she assisted me with an escript problem, her friendliness and customer service is amazing! Thank you You have my nomination for best customer service!
Some of the staff are really lovely... and I dont want their work to be undervalued. I really wanted to like this pharmacy as its my direct local, but after multiple issues I've decided to take my scripts elsewhere. I was with my previous pharmacy for 15 years and no issues at all. I decided to read the reviews today to see if it was just me... and clearly its not. The system they are using (including the app) is an absolute pain and does the customer's and staff an injustice. Terry white themselves need to look into that.
Great team of friendly people that actually care. Yes it may be busy but they make sure you are acknowledged and give you a good estimate about how long your script will take. Always happy to do my shopping and come back knowing scripts are completed accurately. The pharmacists also have great knowledge on medications. Thanks so much to each and everyone one of you!
