We visited today for travel shots and unfortunately our daughter had other plans. Thai the Pharmacist was beyond patient, despite being busy with "normal" duties. Never once were we made to feel rushed. Extremely thank you for such care during a stressful time for all. (We apologise again)

Extremely rude staff. Oh and don’t bother getting a script faxed or emailed, because it’s a HUGE hassle for them to log into their emails or check their fax. They made me feel like an idiot in front of other customers. Also sort your “queue” for scripts out because the line is nonexistent and you have about 6 workers either just staring at you or accusing you of pushing in the “non existing, confusing line”. Appalling service, will never go here again.

This chemist is very expensive, my usual medication cost $10 more for each item than Terry Whites in the city, which is a shame as this is my local chemist! It’s also takes a very long time to wait for your script
