Very friendly staff. Karen, Andrew and also every staff member has a big smile making customers so welcome. Very helpful and try their best to help the customer. The pharmacists are knowledgeable, approachable, and always have time for customers. Best pharmacy in Gungahlin.
Cashier tried to tell me the item I wanted wasn’t on sale, showed her the website with the sale price, and she tried to tell me that only selected stores have the sale price??? How can you not all have the same prices if it’s on the website for the company. Disappointing service. EDIT: In response to the businesses reply, I would hardly say that they were happy to match the price when I brought it to their attention. I had to ask them three times, before they finally matched it for me. Still disappointed.
