I wish i can give 0. Will never return. Very disappointed with the experience at TerryWhite Chemmart Gungahlin. I went for ear piercing for my 3-year-old. The first lady straightaway said under 5s might not be allowed and that she would check with staff. Instead, she served other customers first, then came back without asking anyone saying they are busy and staff might refuse anyway — even though I could see clearly they weren’t busy. Have been going elsewhere, and we discovered Terrywhite Chemmart in Gungahlin, our friend told us about them. For friendliness, knowledge, and ease of getting your prescriptions are amazing, all the staff know you and treat yo with respect and it's a welcome change from our past experience, we have been with them now over the last 18 months and couldn't be more happier and stress free. Very friendly staff. Karen, Andrew and also every staff member has a big smile making customers so welcome. Very helpful and try their best to help the customer. The pharmacists are knowledgeable, approachable, and always have time for customers. Best pharmacy in Gungahlin.
Cashier tried to tell me the item I wanted wasn’t on sale, showed her the website with the sale price, and she tried to tell me that only selected stores have the sale price??? How can you not all have the same prices if it’s on the website for the company. Disappointing service. EDIT: In response to the businesses reply, I would hardly say that they were happy to match the price when I brought it to their attention. I had to ask them three times, before they finally matched it for me. Still disappointed.
