I had a great experience, staff in here are friendly and accommodating.
Since Dr Hanna and his wife left and sold the Guildford Road TerryWhite Chemist, the place has gone completely downhill. The man running it now is rude, ignorant, and clearly doesn’t care about his customers. He denied I was taking medication I’ve been on for over five years, which is both insulting and dangerous. He also charges more than he tells you, never gives a receipt, and seems to be overcharging on purpose. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I do not recommend this chemist at all – stay clear!
Tim is awesome! He organized my medications for delivery so I don't need to worry about any scripts. He is always easy to contact and is very helpful. I will stay with this chemist from now on 100%
Very helpful after I was attacked by bedbugs at the Guildford hotel across the road. Knew exactly what to give me to stop the irritation.
