Good location, good opening times
Disappointed that my request for specific eye medication was dismissed and denied. After explaining sypthoms having had the condition before, I was told that I shouldn't use antibiotics. I subsequently needed to attend a GP to get a script for the same drug that I had requested the day prior from this chemist. Pharmacists need to LISTEN to their customers and respect their knowledge and lived experience.
If there was 0 stars i would've ticked it! The pharmacist is very rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I was booked to have a flu shot done and the pharmacist who was scratching his nose and opening the needle so I asked him to use gloves and his reply was "i am allergic to gloves but I used sanitiser", I asked him to rebook me when there is another pharmacist there who can wear gloves and his answer was "I am the only pharmacist who works here" then I asked him to transfer the vaccine to one of the Dr at the adjacent medica... read more
The staff here as re always kind, knowledgeable and caring. A wonderful part of our care team.
