had my flu shot great service friendly staff and very informative when asked about medications and other products
Nice staff but not enough of them. No stock of script item last Saturday so back today for pick up after they ordered it in. Phoned first and initially noone knew anything about it. After 10 minutes - found. Went to pick up - again the single staff member (plus one pharmacist) had difficulty finding the item - it was in the fridge. Both chemist and the salesperson were stressed, trying very hard to be pleasant and efficient. There were about 10 people waiting for attention.
Could improve a little on their customer service and explaining things. Every single time I've been there; waiting to be served, the staff stare at you for 5-10 mins but they don't offer to serve you.
