I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy on 19 July 2026. The lady serving me was very rude and not helpful at all. Instead of assisting me, she was dismissive and unfriendly, which made the experience unpleasant. Good customer service is especially important in a pharmacy, where people often need advice and support. I hope the management looks into this and improves the standard of customer care.
I would like to thank the Pharmacy Cashier at TerryWhite Chemmart Glenunga for her excellent customer service. She helped my daughter with a warm smile and was kind, friendly, and professional throughout our visit. Her positive attitude made a real difference and was greatly appreciated. Thank you for providing such wonderful service.

Walked in to book a flu jab and they could do it on the spot. The pharmacist was very friendly and professional and went through all the important info then followed through with a pain free jab. I wasn’t even sore the next day.
