Went in to get script 3 girls in shop. I did not get approached and ask for script to be checked as shortage. 25 minutes later and 3 customers served I ask was my script ready. Oh I’ll check. We will have it tomorrow. Main reason I asked to check then had to wait to get script back. Poor service messy shop and won’t go back
Went for Flu vax, time was pre booked. Had to wait for 25mins and this Pharmacist named Mark was very rude and unprofessional pharmacist, seems like he hates this job. Training girl named Angela was very polite who was in customer service.
Anita is amazing! She solved a huge issue for me regarding a complex script, which would have cost me a few hundred dollars to solve. She was so kind, compassionate, and made sure I was able to leave with what I needed, even if that meant staying back past opening hours. Thank you so, so, so much!! She is an absolute lifesaver.
Went to the pharmacy for a flu injection on April 1st. First time I have encountered this particular Pharmacist. Extremely rude, displaying 0 customer service
