What a pleasant staff, always efficient and giving time aside to explain any questions you might have regarding scripts and other products they sell at Terry White Glasshouse Mtns. I've found them very knowledgeable and although it's usually a very busy pharmacy you never feel rushed or as though they are too busy for often times crucial advice. 5 stars to the entire staff particularly the pharmists. Excellent service - by far the best pharmacy ever!! Chris's knowledge of the product that he is dispensing is well above the standard (he gives a good needle too!) and Shea also provides great product knowledge. The high quality of the staff in general makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in - everyone knows your name and Claire & Brycie make sure to remind you whether you have everything you might need and are always happy and smiling - great customer service.
