Fantastic service by all staff, especially Shaun who has been extremely helpful, professional & highly efficient in sourcing & providing eye ointments for my daughter for many years, as well as for other pharmaceutical services. I have been going to this pharmacy for many years now and have never had an issue. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable, they go out of their way to help. I tend to use the app now for prescriptions and wait times are minimal using this method now.
The best pharmacy I have ever been to! This is the place to go if you want not only professional but genuinely caring service. The pharmacist, Shaun, is incredibly professional and patient, and he has helped me so much. These guys are incredible.They keep track of my elderly, very unwell mother's medications and vaccinations, alert her when she needs a new prescription, deliver meds each week, advise on OTC meds that will fit with her health issues and everything else she's on, and do vaccinations in the home when necessary. The pharmacist has even come by after work to drop in a packet of pills that had been missed in the delivery - they go way beyond ordinary business-level care and really look after us.
