Great chemist. Super helpful at helping people jump through hoops around vaccination eligibility.
I just had the most lovely vaccination at this chemist! Shaun took time to explain what vaccines would be good for me because of my immune system and age. He found that I could get a $700 vaccine for free because of an immune suppressant I am on. I was not expecting that level of detail care and customer service! And they are not even my regular chemist.
Been here three times in the past month trying to give them another chance but every time I walk out mad and without any items. They don’t make eye contact, leave me standing waiting in line for 10-15 mins while they ignore me and talk to other customers in the shop for ages, 2-3 people behind dispensary chatting ignoring me. No respect for customers time, may have better experience if you’re over 70 here and don’t have means to travel to another pharmacy. Items cost at least 50% - 100% more here.
