Excellent service polite and respectful staff efficient and helpful pharmacist.
Friendly staff offering free blood pressure checks. Pharmacist on the weekends tends to be more helpful. Waiting times for scripts is not too long. A very large range of health medications and needs available. Lovely gift options and plenty of makeup on offer. Various equipment /aides also available. There is a rear entrance located on Tod Street with Wheelchair access ramp and car parking available. Disgusting customer service from the short, frumpy, English sounding woman on Boxing Day 2025. Judging by all of those 5 star reviews for customer service, either I was unlucky to be served by her or my expectations of good customer service standards are too high. Used to be ok, service has dropped to the point that you feel like you're interrupting the staff when you want to pay for your purchase. Thank you to Hailey that worked on Saturday. She was able to get my sons prescription sent from another pharmacy that didn’t have stock and get it ready in less than 20 minutes! I will be returning from now on due to the prompt and professional service.
