Disgusting customer service from the short, frumpy, English sounding woman on Boxing Day 2025. Judging by all of those 5 star reviews for customer service, either I was unlucky to be served by her or my expectations of good customer service standards are too high. Thank you to Hailey that worked on Saturday. She was able to get my sons prescription sent from another pharmacy that didn’t have stock and get it ready in less than 20 minutes! I will be returning from now on due to the prompt and professional service.
