I had a really positive experience at TerryWhite on Saturday. The young man who helped me was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. He took the time to listen to what I needed, answered my questions clearly and seemed to really care about helping. Very approachable and professional and it was refreshing to receive such great customer service. Well done

One of the best customer service experiences I've had! I totally appreciate their help today. I was looking for something to cure my acne, and a kind lady wearing glasses (I forgot to ask her name) came and assisted me with a warm smile. She didn’t try to hard-sell me into buying anything; instead, she explained what to use and gave me a few samples to try out first. She totally made my day! 😊
