I really enjoy coming to this pharmacy its opened late (easy for after work), staff are lovely and ready to listen without judgment, the pharmacist is incredibly helpful and informative. HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy.
I have been coming to this pharmacy as my local for some time…. this will be the last time - the pharmacist is incredibly rude, snaps at customers and staff, you can hear him yelling at the poor young girls working there and one of them was in tears the other day - surprised no one has called the police yet, he verbally assaulting the other staff when customers in store, who knows what he does when the store isn’t open yet or in private. Staff are polite but overworked and short staffed. Wait time for booked vaccine appointments was over 90 minutes. Wait times on the phone excessive if you can get through not to mention the store is very unsafe with electrical cords, stock and boxes everywhere So unhappy after taking an elderly parent there who had to put up with this.
