I was feeling under the weather and had a day off work. My gp was booked out but I was advised I could get a medical certificate from a pharmacy. Attended this pharmacy and from my first interaction with the pharmacist, i could feel i was being judged. In a short manner the pharmacist asked me my symptoms and I responded. Good
Tried to pick up pain meds for my son who was recently discharged from hospital and in severe pain. The staff looked at me as if I was drug-seeking, because I hadn't realised that a hospital script needs both pages. I get that they couldn't provide the meds without the second page, but they showed a complete lack of empathy and understanding. Went to Chemist Warehouse FTG, who also needed the second page, but they were kind about it. I won't be going to Terry White chemist again. People come to pharmacies when they are vulne... read more
