This chemist is so good! Florence at the counter is so lovely and makes each purchase amazing. She is happy to chat, and gets to know each customer. This chemist really is amazing! I do think that Florence is amazing but the other staff working there is sometimes unhelpful and inexperienced. Keep up the good work Florence!
I am absolutely appalled by the customer service at this pharmacy. I went in to fill a prescription for my child, which happened to be an over-the-counter medicine, and was given medication that didn’t seem right. When I questioned it, the pharmacist told the customer service worker it was correct and what the doctor had prescribed. Something didn’t sit right, so I went back to my GP, who confirmed that the medication given was actually for adults, not children.
