Fabulous customer service. Florence and all the pharmacy staff go well above and beyond to support their customers.
Terry White in Fairfield is an excellent chemist shop. Customer service is superb and nothing is too much trouble. Florence, the pharmacist , is always kind and helpful. She also demonstrates a very good local knowledge of her customers and their needs. I have no hesitation in recommending Terry White Pharmacy in Station Street Fairfield.
The customer service was bad. One young girl does not know what she is doing, still rude to customer. Bad attitude towards customer. The other an asian lady even worse. She was so loud and talked to their customer as if they are stupid kids. Won't go back again.
I'm a bit shocked at the price of my script. Last one (from another chemist on this street, albeit a conglomerate one) cost me $8, this was $19. Not sure if there's a cheaper brand but I know there's a cheaper chemist. Ouch
