Went in today to grab some medication for a cold and was served by the lovely Izzy Darge. She was kind, polite and very helpful.
Never had a good experience in terms of customer service. This is across multiple visits.
This has been my family’s pharmacy since 1970 and mine since 2005 but we can no longer continue with them. The final straw was when a cashier (not a pharmacist) interrogated me about why I wanted more than one script. This is not a one off event, this pharmacy has been on a downhill trajectory for the last 10 years with a culture of bullying and humiliating customers about the medication that their doctors have prescribed for them.
