Prescription recommended by my GP was not available but TWhite staff was knowledgeable enough to recommend an alternative. They contacted my GP who agreed with TW’s recommendation. This is important because the three vaccination doses (one per week) must be completed before my travel overseas early next month. Staff members were very helpful and polite.
Unfortunately the chemist I dealt with was ignorant and unhelpful..told me to return an item in good faith then reneged on what he said I'm driving along way only to be told no return and lied to very deceitful you sell the product exactly the same condition buyer beware never again
I pulled the back muscle and I was unable to walk, this is the closest place where I was able to go to to get something for my back. The people were closing the door and was about to walk away when they saw me and they helped me out. The guy open the shop again, specially for me and gave me the medicine, I really appreciate them
