This branch definitely my saviour today!! While most chemist warehouse can't help me... Notice me at the very last minute they are out of stock (I pre ordered 3 weeks in advance), Terry White epping said 'YES' with very warm tone to calm my frustration. Thank u so much Terry White Epping team, u guys deserves at least 5 stars!!!
Prescription recommended by my GP was not available but TWhite staff was knowledgeable enough to recommend an alternative. They contacted my GP who agreed with TW’s recommendation. This is important because the three vaccination doses (one per week) must be completed before my travel overseas early next month. Staff members were very helpful and polite.
Unfortunately the chemist I dealt with was ignorant and unhelpful..told me to return an item in good faith then reneged on what he said I'm driving along way only to be told no return and lied to very deceitful you sell the product exactly the same condition buyer beware never again
