I'm a local in the area, been going to the smell chemist for 7 years. Sadly things have gone downhill significantly under new ownership. Being told my script was dispensed but when on pickup they can made an error. The pharmacy said they will get it sorted and delivered that day, 4 days later and constant phone calls to the pharmacy they stated they couldn't reach the doctor, when I tried I was immediately able to get through and book an emergency appointment at great cost. Small local Pharmacy that is very busy but has friendly staff that are always helpful.
Wouldn’t fill my ozempic script they thought we were getting too much. When my doctor upped my dose. We called first they said they had it in stock and then when my husband picked it up they said they didn’t have any.
