I noticed that the price in-store was different from what was listed online. When I asked, the staff member checked and then adjusted the price, but if I hadn’t shown the online price, I would have been charged the higher in-store price. I think it’s important that price tags in-store are updated as soon as there’s a change online, so customers don’t feel misled or overcharged. It would make the shopping experience much fairer and more transparent.
Love this place the staff are so friendly and helpful they even go the extra mile if you ask the cheapest they can give you a script for those not on concession. They have a great selection of presents for your loved ones from candles to perfume it also has a freezer with yummy healthy meals you heat in the microwave totally recommended this pharmacy in the shopping centre
I don’t think I’ve ever really had a good experience here. Staff interactions have left me in tears multiple times when i have been really unwell, they’re judgemental and have no empathy whatsoever. most of the time you’re made to feel like an inconvenience every time you walk in the door. On the plus side, they’re also extremely expensive and take forever to dispense even when you’re the only person in there. Never again.
Have been a few times and they’re always rude and unhelpful.
Dodgy bunch of people hopeless would never ever go there again
