Extremely arrogant with zero customer service!
I went to this pharmacy last week and the pharmacist Leena was super helpful and provided me with a thorough explanation of the new medication I was about to start.
I’ve always had lovely experiences here with the night male pharmacist and the retail girls, they’re usually so kind and helpful. But the female pharmacist tonight was honestly awful she was working there about 7:30 pm there abouts. She spoke to me rudely, made a scene, and left me feeling really small and disrespected and also spoke to me like trash. It was such a disappointing experience after so many good ones. I go to this Pharmacy frequently and the Staff are always incredibly helpful and friendly at all times of the day. I do prefer to go in the morning or evening to avoid lunchtime as it gets very busy and my order is always very complicated and time consuming medication to dispense. I feel they all do a great job under extreme pressure st times. I’ve had vaccinations, health checks and consultations there numerous times and has always been a good experience
Every time I’ve come into the pharmacy, the pharmacists and staff have gone above and beyond for me! Unfortunately, I’ve overheard the staff get abuse from customers which is likely the reason for some of the other reviews! Brilliant pharmacy, will return :)
