I’ve had a few frustrating experiences at TerryWhite Chemmart Zetland. In particular, I’ve found interactions with one of the female pharmacists to be quite challenging. While I understand the need for pharmacists to check prescriptions carefully, the level of questioning has felt excessive for straightforward scripts, and at times it has come across as overriding what my doctor has prescribed. The pharmacist 'Jerry' gave my wife and daughter a flu shot. He made them tense and angle their arms, then blew onto the puncture site before giving the shot. As a health care provider I know this is not best practice and using his breath is literally contaminating the injection site and you need to relax your arm for an intramuscular injection
Just want to give a shout out to Jacquie, who is considerate, attentive and always happy to share some helpful tips.
Like many such pharmacies, over stuffed with products in narrow aisles. Any more than two customers and you have a traffic jam.
