I go to this Pharmacy frequently and the Staff are always incredibly helpful and friendly at all times of the day. I do prefer to go in the morning or evening to avoid lunchtime as it gets very busy and my order is always very complicated and time consuming medication to dispense. I feel they all do a great job under extreme pressure st times. I’ve had vaccinations, health checks and consultations there numerous times and has always been a good experience
Every time I’ve come into the pharmacy, the pharmacists and staff have gone above and beyond for me! Unfortunately, I’ve overheard the staff get abuse from customers which is likely the reason for some of the other reviews! Brilliant pharmacy, will return :)
Disgraceful. Arrogance never experienced in any pharmacy before. Thursday October 14th, around 2pm. Scripts damaged in a tantrum by a pharmacist there, when I explained I'd stipulated only one script be dispensed. I've shopped there for years, but never again.
Went in on Sunday night around 8 pm. As we walked in, I noticed the staff member at the front tills sitting on a stool with her legs wide open up on the bench, earphones in, and completely focused on her phone. After collecting my medication from the pharmacist, I returned to pay and she was still in the exact same position! I was honestly blown away. Very unprofessional and well below acceptable standards.
Went today to get some advice. Stood at the dispensary area watching 3 staff talking. One walked away the other 2 kept talking without acknowledging I was there. After a few minutes one older lady in a really agro tone asked if I was after a script and I said no I was after some advice. She said wait and continued to talk to the other staff member. I decided to leave. If they don’t want business they have the right attitude. Won’t be back
