Ordered crutches on their website for click and collect, said they were in stock, but didn’t get a text to say to pick them up. Called them with 15mins until they closed. I live 10mins away and had my partner ready in the car to go pick them up. She wasted 5mins putting me on hold and came back quite rudely to say “we’re closing on the dot at 2pm and not open again until Monday” My partner could have left and been there between 2pm-2:05pm.
