Walked in and was immediately greeted by Charles, who was friendly and energetic. Best customer service I've had all year!
Experience here has always been positive. Staff have always been pleasant and very helpful. Although I did have an unfortunate encounter with the male pharmacist working this morning. Found him to be unprofessional and was met with an attitude after I was dismissed twice while he kept attending to other matters instead. Unsure if this person was new as they seemed unaware of certain processes but was very, very disappointed. Go here every Sunday the pharmacist is awesome so are the guys and girls that work there always prompt friendly service never judged or treated differently. Best chemist ive been to in 27yrs Cheers guys.
