I recently had a pretty good experience at my Terry White chemist. I went in to pick up multiple prescriptions and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was. As soon as I walked in, someone greeted me with a smile, which always makes a difference. The pharmacists Renée and SARA took the time to explain my medications, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed or stupid. Excellent service for another covid vaxination and they take "walk-inside" 6 days a week
Great service today from a lovely Pharmacist she was warm and ever so friendly and this was extended also from the young pharmacy girl (i didnt catch their name but i think they were Sarah and Emilee from listening while waiting) Good old fashioned friendly service and smiles. It is rare these days
Had to go way out of my way to return to this chemist because they didn't fill my prescription properly. They only gave me HALF the number of tablets my prescription said. When I went back for the rest I was questioned if I was being honest and given no apology for their muckup and inconveniencing me. No accountability for their mistake. You got one job and can't even do that properly. Customer service is an absolute joke. Not worth 1 star rating.
Always super nice, always going out there way to help customers, Emily is always super helpful nice love her, please give her a raise
