Staff might need some training regarding the Closing the Gap PBS subsidy. The discounted cost was not applied to a script put in by an eligible person and they were to uncomfortable to question why they were charged full price.
It took me a while to find the pharmacy’s name, but I would like to share the most amazing experience I had at this pharmacy last Tuesday with a young pharmacist. Disappointed with the lack of care shown to my husband. While at Colonnades, the dressing came loose from his thumb injury and he was bleeding. The staff were not helpful in guiding him to the dressings and they wouldn't even open the packet for him. A kind security guard saw my husband struggling and helped him. I expected a little more from a pharmacy. He only needed help opening the packet.
The enjoyable thing about shopping here is the friendly, happy looking, smiling staff. Thankyou to the young lass Emily. You have brightend my day without even knowing. You spoke to me in a lovely manner; like i mattered. Thankyou
I recently had a pretty good experience at my Terry White chemist. I went in to pick up multiple prescriptions and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff was. As soon as I walked in, someone greeted me with a smile, which always makes a difference. The pharmacists Renée and SARA took the time to explain my medications, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed or stupid.
