Student girl in navy was very nice and helpful. Took so much time to have a chat with me and recommended a product I didn’t know I needed. Shame she said she isn’t there for long, excellent service even when they looked busy.
Will be last time I shop here, almost an hour to fulfil a script for the 3rd time, was told it's normal now due to care services so everyone should get used to it, then forgot one of the scripts on top, had to go elsewhere to get that as I couldn't wait, have heard this from quite a few people now, just really poor
On holidays in the local area, and needed a $12 script filled from my local chemist. Jeffrey and his team could not have been more friendly and helpful. It was quite a production, with emails and copies to follow by post. Way above and beyond. I'm a stranger here myself, but I noticed Jeffrey and his team greeting many of the other customers by name. Makes us want to move here! Thanks again Jeffrey and team.
Very helpful staff. The only TerryWhite chemist in Cairns that was able to provide the COVID and flu shot last minute before travelling overseaswhen requested online. Maybe not as busy as the others closer to town but everything you need.
Absolutely lovely staff and a great range of services. Pharmacist Jeffrey was brilliant with my particular health needs.
