If you value piece of mind, consistently good customer service and a pharmacist who communicates effectively with their staff, this isn't the place for you. Without my daily medications I will become sick in less than 4 hours with nauseous, vomiting and headaches. Educated people are aware of this. Unbeknownst to me my Doctor had forgetten to tick the PBS script box. The Pharmacist/Manager had informed me he would give me my Medications for $7.60, he had not informed the other Staff Member of this. Staff Member dismissed my ... read more
Terry white Christie’s compounding is amazing, accomodating, friendly and very reliable. Service is wonderful and all of the staff and the pharmacists are great and happy. Thank you Jamie Lee for understanding how important it is for my Mother to access their health medications. As my Carer I was worried she would get sick, Belle should have listened and understood her reasons for being distressed. Door Dash policy is unfair to those people who do the right thing, like my Mum. Sadly her ID picture wasn't showing up clearly on the delivery driver's phone and Belle told the driver to refuse her medications.
