Helpful and polite staff store layout is good
I had a disappointing experience at TerryWhite Chemmart on Beach Road, Christies Beach. I was served by Emma. I clearly explained which product I needed and asked if she could grab it from behind the counter. She initially picked up the wrong one. When I pointed to the correct product and repeated what I was after, she snapped at me and said, “Well what do you want - capsules or tablets?
