LOST ME !!! I had previously been so impressed with the service of this pharmacy . Great staff awesome service BUT !! I asked my daughter to pick up some Voltarin rapid 25s a pack of 30 the attending pharmacist on the weekend 7th sept Sunday . FATHERS DAY I couldn’t move with a split disc L2 . She was told NO your father has bought 2 packets in the past 2 weeks . Must have been on a power trip or never any good with math . Friendly efficient staff
Wouldn’t fill the final repeat of a script for a medication I refill every month, as it had expired the day before. I have been getting this script at this chemist for over a year.
Did not dispense enough medicine for my 3 year old. Was supposed to last 7 days and lasted 3. She had a severe infection. When I called to advise that they did not dispense enough, they said they did. I said I had given the right amount (so far 13.5ml - its not rocket science) and they said oh well we can’t help you, those people aren’t on today. I am now stuck with a sick child on a day we cannot see her doctor… with a severe chest infection and no medicine. Deplorable service.
