Unfortunately we were met with bad customer service, upon entering i said hello to staff, she walked straight past us, picked out our perfume and waited to pay. After 5 mins I looked around, locked eyes with counter staff paying around the make-up area. She continued to just stare at us as we waited a other minute or two, i thought maybe serving someone else, but the longer we waited and watched we realised there was no other customer, im not sure why she Never bothered to approach nor take sale. I walked into the store to buy perfume. I struggle to pick new ones but Koko was so helpful. I told her the perfumes I like and she recommended two new perfumes and I loved them. I’m so impressed how she knew what I would like. Highly recommend going to in and asking for Koko’s help. I’ll be going back for her advice. Thanks Koko
