I went into TerryWhite Caloundra today to buy a 100-pack of Maltofer tablets and asked for a simple price match with Chemist Warehouse, who currently have them for $54.99. TerryWhite had them for around $10 more. Two staff members told me they wouldn’t match the online price and that I would need to provide a receipt from a previous purchase in order for them to price match. A receipt? Katie, the pharmacy tech, was incredibly helpful yesterday as we tried to schedule flu shots based on vaccine availability and our travel plans involving vulnerable family members. She answered my many questions, looped in the pharmacist when the questions got too technical, and made sure we were delighted with her help at the end of the call. Thanks Katie!
