This store has always been my favourite. The sales girls are knowledgeable and always helpful. The chemists take their time to explain things and offer valuable advice. I always feel good after shopping here. Today, Jude did me an absolutely unexpected kindness for which I'm tremendously grateful. Her kindness today is indicative of who they all are at terry white Caloundra. ♡♡♡
I will not be coming back to this store. I was called to counter by beth who then completely ignored me for 5 mins looking the other way after i approached. Then when she did look at me she told me to wait before she walked off. When she finally returned to the counter she just stood there staring at me waiting for me to speak. I asked for what i wanted because someone had to speak and it clearly wasnt going to be her, only to then be told to move aside so she could talk to her friend behind me.
