We have been going to this chemist for over 20 yrs. Our experience has been exemplary in all that time and areas of service. We would love to be able to nominate a member of the staff but we would have to name them all. Not only have we had positive interaction in all our dealings we have observed staff be extra patient with sick and highly sensitive clients. We would recommend this store not only to friends but also family.

Asked if a script could be emailed to a chemist in Victoria as my husband's there for his very ill mother don't know the name of the woman but she became extremely rude telling me to get the information on the chemist in Victoria was a regular at this chemist NOT ANYMORE
I had a great experience at the pharmacy today. From the moment I arrived, the lady at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Leanne, who administered my vaccine, was absolutely lovely! She made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Her warm attitude and professionalism really stood out. Thank you all for the great service!
