Tamin went Above and Beyond to help! My son was in desperate need for a heat pack as we had been travelling from QCH to home after an appointment and we pulled off at Burpengary to stop at Terry White. When I enquired about heat packs, the lovely assistant explained they only had snap cooling pack versions. (For reference, my son is only 6 years old, has completed a 4 year cancer journey and he was very clear he wanted heat!). Had a great experience today with my travel vaccines, the lady was super gentle and informative. Every time I enter the chemist it is a great experience also with prescriptions, the staff here are amazing
