I had such a lovely experience today thanks to Abbey and the pharmacist on duty (very sorry I didnt get her name). Abbey took the time to really listen to what I needed, chat through a few options with me, and offer genuinely helpful advice without making me feel rushed at all. She even checked in with the pharmacist, who also came over and was incredibly friendly, caring and helpful. It’s rare these days to have customer service that feels this genuine and personal. Absolutely terrible customer service there 3 people there told me it was my fault that the app they told me to use didn't work properly and would not give me a solution. I even asked them to pass it on to there tech support but was told. You can do that. So they don't only not care about there customers but also the company they work for. Definitely not people I would employ for my company. So deleting app and never shopping at any Terry white chemist again including all my family.
