Absolutely terrible customer service there 3 people there told me it was my fault that the app they told me to use didn't work properly and would not give me a solution. I even asked them to pass it on to there tech support but was told. You can do that. So they don't only not care about there customers but also the company they work for. Definitely not people I would employ for my company. So deleting app and never shopping at any Terry white chemist again including all my family.
The staff are good. However, improving product availability and replenishing stock would help provide better customer care.
Had a great experience at this TerryWhite Chemmart. The service was excellent — all the staff were smiling, friendly, and welcoming. The pharmacist greeted me as soon as I walked in and promptly redirected an assistant to help me with my request. I purchased Differin gel and the process was quick and easy. They also performed a proper question check, which I appreciated. Came here for my flu vaccine today 3/7/25. It has to be one of the best shots I have ever had. I didn’t even feel the needle go in and it was all over within 10 seconds. If there hadn’t been a drop of blood on the bandaid, I would never had known I got my vaccine, and hours later hardly any pain in the injection site. If you are scared of needles definitely come to this pharmacy and this pharmacist.
