I delt with Simone at Terry White Brookside, she followed through on a script that was emailed from my specialist to the wrong chemist, and then phoned me to pick up the script, when I arrived the script was priced matched and dispensed at a large discount to the quoted price. Good old fashioned service.
Great professional service. They carry so many products
Very disappointed. Each time I go in to this chemist I dread it. The staff are snotty, unhelpful and bordering on rude. Today I had an emergency and needed asthma puffer urgently. I managed to get one at the chemist whilst still struggling to breath and feeling like I was about to faint. Lynne the lady serving couldn't even ask "Are you okay?", "Do you need to sit down?" or even an offer of some water. Nope nothing. Cold, ice cold. I will never return, no matter the emergency.
