Was given a script from SCUH for two medications, went to this pharmacy where incompetence was taken to a new level by inadvertently putting one of my medications on someone elses medication history ,which turned out to be a anti physotic drug, though I only found out when I went to Emergency a week later only to be accused by the drs there I was on this drug and my care went from 100% to zero, I had the police sort it out for me and sent an email with a complaint to Terry White but never got a response,so no accountability ... read more
I wanted to leave a review to say a massive thank you to the pharmacist Ron at Brightwater. I was seen for an expensive treatment not too long ago and it was put through as private and he told me how my GP was able to revert it and they would then be able to refund me at the pharmacy. Ron directly called me to help out with this situation which I am really grateful for. Thanks so much to this lovely pharmacist for going out of his way to help me out

So professional and empathetic. Can't say enough! Lovely helpful people. Even when I have walked out of hospital confused they have been amazing!
