Friendly staff and they had the scripts i needed.
I have been going to this pharmacy since it was open and have always been met by a smiling face more than willing to help me. Ron and Angela are the two pharmacists that I have conversed with mostly and they have always been so friendly and extremely helpful. The pharmacy assistant Rach has always greeted me with a big smile on her face and couldn’t do enough for me. I have unfortunately had multiple poor experiences with this pharmacy over several years. Most notable ones are when my mum was visiting from Brisbane. She ended up having to stay longer than expected and was running out of her medication. They offered no assistance or solution. I went to LiveLife Pharmacy Birtinya instead, where they were able to help without any issues. More recently, my toddler needed an antibiotic for PJP prophylaxis. Because this chemist is next to my wonderful GP, I often go here. The Pharmacist herself is lovely and helpful, but the staff are some of the most miserable people in a retail outlet I have ever come across. You can tell they are not happy and after observation I can tell that this is because of the senior shop assistant. (They are much happier when she is not there) She doesn't smile, interact with customers and it feels like everything is a chore. I believe, unless absolutely necessary, I won't be going here again.
Zac was so helpful today! I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. This is the only pharmacy I will now go to as their service is just so much better than other retailers. It is so rare to find someone who genuinely values the customers and make them feel heard and supported. Thankyou Zac!!
