The team here are healthcare professionals that displayed empathy and knowledge for everyone that walked in when I was there. Clean and neat. Johan is a kind soul who gives freely of his expertise. I’ve been a regular customer at this pharmacy, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. I asked a staff member (a young girl) about a common product, and she simply said she didn’t know what it was or if they had it, without making any effort to check with another team member or look it up. I was left to search for it myself and later found out the store didn’t stock it.
