Charge more in store than in online prices. Their excuse for having higher prices in store is that "each Terry White are privately owned and have their own different sales and prices". I would suggest if you want to not be ripped to order online and choose click and collect then to buy in store, as their store prices are jacked up by $8-$10. But if you buy the exact same product via online and choose click and collect to the same store you are saving lots of dollars.
Lady at the counter was rude and condescending. What a way to treat a paying customer.
Very disappointed with my recent experience at TerryWhite Chemmart Belmont Forum. I was given incorrect information regarding a baby spacer and mask, the staff confidently gave advice that turned out to be completely wrong. To make things worse, the pharmacists quoted inconsistent prices and seemed to make them up on the spot for the medicine and spacer mask. Ripped off people, Would not recommend , the pharmacist given wrong information, dont know if those pharmacist was qualified, they don't know what they talk about when I asked about my baby concern.
I’ve been here a couple of times and the staff are always super friendly. Big shout out to Jess she really listens and takes care of everyone with a beautiful smile.
