I went to this chemist yesterday for the first time to get the medication my husband needed following his double knee replacement surgery. I have honestly never received more outstanding service anywhere. I’m sad to say that I didn’t get the name of the pharmacist lady or the assistant who helped me. But, they were so amazing!! The pharmacist went above and beyond to help find and organise a hard to get medication for him, that had been incorrectly prescribed. She took the time to call the doctor and fix everything for us. jackie the pharmacist makes the experience stress free! she has been so incredibly helpful to me as a customer and i have been seeing her for my regular medication collections for months by now. i refuse to go to any other chemist purely because her customer service skills are incredible. shes friendly and helpful and i cannot thank her enough for helping me out. its a small bit of kindness and it goes a long way. thank you!!!
